Say what you think!

Not all of us can say what we think. But at least we can think. And that’s the very important thing. Thinking is not just a right, it’s what we are. If we stop thinking, we’re dead or a living dead. Before we do something, even doing it, or even after doing that thing, we always think. If something is happening around us, we think about it, too. Much more if someone did something, say corruption, we think about it. And in our thinking, we make an analysis, conclusions, and whatever we can think about what we think. After thinking about it, we think of another one. Then, we sleep to rest our brain from thinking. When we awake, we continue thinking. It’s a life of thinking.

But life is not just all about thinking. We can also say what we think . We can even say whatever we think. Some are nonsense and meaningless, others are conclusive and categorical, and there are some with meaning and constructive. We can express what we think, as they say, we have the right to freedom of expression! Right? What do you think?

Yes, I agree we are free to express what we think. I can go to the bathroom and express my anger, or go to a podium and cry out loud what I think about the leaders, or write what I think and give it to the press, or simply type it here in my blog.

However, thinking is different from saying (including talking, writing, acting). Thinking is a very personal activity. I don’t know what you are thinking about and you are not communicating when you think. Except, perhaps, if you’re doing telepathy or contacting extraterrestrial life-forms. In saying, you are conveying a message to a receiver (person or whatever that can receive your message). And that the responsibility of the one who is saying. You have the responsibility, not only to what you say, but also to someone whom you have conveyed the message.

So, if you think something good and you want others to get a message from it, then, say it.

Well, it’s what I think. And I’ve just said it (by writing, of course).
